Q: Is it safe for my kids?

A: Definitely. Our turf is lead-free and completely safe for kids and adults. It is also a great alternative for people with grass allergies or grass related itchiness.

Q: How long does it last?

A: Our artificial grass has a life expectancy of 16-20 years. Most of our products also come with a lifetime warranty.

Q: How do you clean it?

A: You should use a lead blower for regular cleaning or you can get a special turf cleaner from selected stores. We can recommend on the best cleaner for your project.

Q: How hot does it get during summer?

A: Artificial grass can get slightly warmer than natural grass but will not retain the heat. A good quality artificial lawn will get around 8-12% warmer. Cheaper grass materials can get up to 35% warmer.

Q: What happens when it rains?

A: Artificial grass is installed upon a layer of sub-base, which is what we call a mix of gravel and sand, and in some cases concrete. Although it allows some rain to be absorbed, your lawn must have a very small slope degree to accommodate heavy raining. In California it is not a big issue though.

Q: Is my pet allowed to use it as a restroom?

A: Absolutely yes. Our specialists will tailor the best grass for your situation since shorter grass can be easier to clean but loses some of the real-grass feeling and vice-versa.
